The Besh Restaurant Group, which employs about 1200 people, finally created a human resources department a little over a week ago. Harrah's general manager Dan Real said that the company takes the allegations against Besh very seriously and that, to the best of his knowledge, none of the allegations pertain to Besh Steak. Plans to rename the restaurant are underway.
